About
Designing clarity into complexity.
I came to product design from the other side of the screen. Before UX, I spent years in healthcare and assistance services — authorising medical cases at International SOS, supporting patients and translating between English and Russian. I saw first‑hand what happens when systems are hard to use for the people who depend on them.
Now I design for complex environments: hospital operations at ST Engineering and public mobility at ComfortDelGro Zig. I enjoy work where the challenge goes beyond how an interface looks — many user roles, lots of information and interconnected systems.
My graphic design foundation and UX training let me move from research and user flows to polished, design-system-ready UI. I use AI-assisted research and rapid prototyping to explore faster, while keeping product decisions and human judgment at the centre.
